All wrestlers who are participating need to have an updated Athletic Physical on file in the VRHS front office.All wrestlers must also be listed as all green on RankOne.RankOne Parent Portal Website Belowhttps://carrollcountyschools.rankone.com/New/NewParentLogin.aspxWrestlers will meet in the New Gym lobby each day we have workouts.Be in the New Gym lobby dressed and ready by 3:45 PM.Make sure to bring your wrestling shoes and a pair of tennis shoes to train/run/work out outside.Schedule is subject to change.
