Tomorrow Monday 1.26.26 is a virtual learning day.
As of now, we are not allowed to have practice due to no after school activities being allowed.
If anything changes, I will notify everyone on this app.
I will also send an at home workout for everyone to do to help keep your weight maintained.
I’ll send the workout tomorrow morning.
