At home workout

Reminder: Today's practice is canceled due to the school being shut down.
We are still scheduled to host & wrestle in the Region 5-5A Traditional Tournament this Friday at VRHS.
Below is an at-home workout to help you maintain your weight.
If you choose to do something else, that is fine.
Just make sure you do something active today.
25 Minute AMRAP (AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE)
- Stance and motion for 60 seconds
- 10 push-ups
- run in place for 60 seconds
- 10 sit-ups
- run in place for 60 seconds
- 10 burpees
- Stance and motion for 60 seconds
- 45-second rest
Repeat the workout above and try to get as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes.
Try to aim to get at least 4 rounds completed
If you want to do the workout once in the morning and once in the afternoon, that would be great.
Everything above is something that you can do in your bedroom.
So there is no excuse.
