This camp will be held at an INTENSE pace (NOT FOR BEGINNING WRESTLERS) Be prepared for a working environment Hard work and focus is a standard of our program and expected at this camp

Small meal between sessions or the ability to get a meal In between (dinner NOT provided) . Water bottle Extra set of workout clothes (2 sets per day) Wrestling shoes
