VR Wrestling will have open mat workouts every Tuesday & Wednesday for the remaining of the school year.
Open Mat is for current VRHS Wrestlers & all rising 9th Grade Wrestlers who attend BSMS or VRMS.
All wrestlers must have an updated Athletic Physical to participate.
Location Villa Rica HS Wrestling Room
Time 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Open Mat is strongly encouraged for all wrestlers that are not currently involved in a Spring Sport.
Now is the time to get better & put the extra work in.
