Summer Wrestling Mat Workout/Practice
Summer attendance & participation is expected that all VRHS Wrestlers attend.
If you are out of town or working please communicate in advance with Coach Laymon to keep him updated.

All of our Summer Practices are scheduled in the evening from 5:00 – 6:30 PM
A few of you are participating in Football, Cross Country, Softball, Volleyball, Marching Band..etc
The majority of those have their summer workouts earlier in the day.
Wrestling will have ours in the evening so we can give the ones who are involved a chance to attend wrestling throughout the summer.
