Hey guys, Tuesday 10.4.22 from 6:40 AM – 7:30 AM

We are only opening this up to VRHS Returners Only

Football, Cross County, Band or VRHS returning wrestlers only.

Make sure you communicate with a Coach if you plan to attend.
Also, bring a partner to drill with.

This is a great opportunity to get some work in before we start practice on 10.24.22
