Hey guys, Friday is a busy day for VR Wrestling.
The following is the information for 11.4.22.
Friday, students do not have school.
So ALL Wrestlers need to be at VRHS at 5:00 PM
We are starting our Friday practice at 5:00 PM

All Wrestlers need to bring a change of clothes to change into after practice.
There will be separate showers for the boys and girls to shower in after practice if they choose to do so.

Coach Laymon & Cochran will send out a detailed schedule for the lock-in soon.

*Please understand that this is mandatory for all to attend. We are working the Cheer Competition the following day (Saturday 11.5.22)
