Pre-Season Workout 1
All wrestlers not currently involved in a Fall Sport/Activity are expected to be at ALL pre-season workouts.
Please understand that all wrestlers need to have a current athletic physical on file in the front office to be able to participate.
If you have questions about your athletic physical being up to date, contact Coach Laymon or Coach Munsey.
Workouts will be in the Wrestling Room located upstairs in the New Gym
