Hydration Test – Mandatory for ALL WRESTLERS
This test is a requirement from GHSA for all wrestlers (Boys/Girls) to complete & pass to be able to compete.
A wrestler is not considered eligible until he/she passes the hydration test.
The test is a measure of each individual’s BMI and is used to determine an athlete’s body fluid balance.
GHSA incorporated the test for the safety of each athlete.

When: Saturday 10.26.24
Where: Southern Therapy – 812 Park St 1, Carrollton, GA 30117
Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Important
All wrestlers are required to ride the bus to and from the test.
Wrestlers must meet at VRHS in the New Gym lobby by 8:00 AM.
The bus is leaving VRHS at 8:15 AM.
Our team’s scheduled testing time is at 9:00 AM at Southern Therapy.

Make sure to plan and mark your calendar. This test is mandatory.

Important information from the testing site.
Athletes must wear a T-shirt and shorts when being assessed on the scale.
STRIPPING DOWN TO UNDERWEAR IS NOT PERMITTED.
The scales have been programmed with a 2 lb allowance for clothes.
